Regardless of what you call it, AIRBRUSH is here to stay. Helping to keep this artform alive, the artist SugaRay has dedicated his whole artistic life perfecting the urban art style. Teaming up with the Airbrush Sugar Shack located on the Northside of Columbus Ohio, the collaboration brings to the viewers and art collectors something beautiful with art, product, graffiti, fetishism and desire.
SugaRay is an artist and designer who have established himself in the airbrush world through working in and helping develop every airbrush shop and airbrush artist in the Columbus, central Ohio area. Throughout his career SugaRay has allowed his artwork to be seen and purchased all over the united states, by opening up a store in Texas during the hip-hop merge to southern music, and a store in Hawaii, where he was the only airbrush artist on West Ohau, (the main island). He has invented many airbrush styles and products that are popular today, such as the Airbrush Graduation Banner starting in 2006, with the 5 foot face painted on one side, and the very popular urban body paint experience started in 1999, where SugaRay does a live bodyart show inside a venue for everyone to see.
SugaRay's airbrush fashion, canvas, bodyart and sign work, displays a huge range of skill and emotion, from highly realistic to incredibly inexpensive simple designs. Always pushing the boundary of quality, speed and spectacularness, this artist's skill shows whether its at a party where he is painting a lot of shirts at once in front of people, or if he is painting an individual shirt.
